All sales are final, and NUNA Prayer Wear does not offer any money-back guarantees. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
EXCHANGE ONLY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for an exchange only.
To request an exchange, please email us at nunauk@outlook.com with the following details:
- Your order number (as shown on your invoice)
- The item(s) you wish to exchange
- The new item(s) you would like in exchange
Please note:
- Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international and UK orders. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as NUNA Prayer Wear can only take responsibility for items once they have been received by us.
